For many years now through word and deed, I have understood the power of forgiveness. I understand that it can involve several layers, and it may not be complete after the words, “I forgive you” or “I apologize” are spoken, but you have to speak the words to begin the process.

I believe I the power of forgiveness, because it works in my life very often. Sometimes, I don’t even realize that I have offended, but when I become aware, it’s in my heart to take the path of compassion & release forgiveness in the atmosphere! Is every situation easy? Does this mean I am not strong? Does this mean that they “win”?

No, No, and NO!!

*Forgiveness means that YOU ACCEPT challenges…

*Forgiveness means that YOU ARE STRONG

*Forgiveness means that you will ALWAYS WIN because you are releasing the other person, therefore you too are FREE!

Forgiveness involves pulling back the layers of the onion. You peel away pride, ego, hurt, pain, and you release STRENGTH, HUMILITY, COMPASSION, and GRACE.

This is one place where the work of healing in your life can begin. You will be blessed richly. I know that God honors my forgiving heart.

Today I challenge you to take inventory of anyone who you may..knowingly or unknowingly be harboring unforgiving thoughts or feelings towards. Pray about it, and then pick up the phone, send a letter, or write these three POWERFUL words on a card…”I FORGIVE YOU”.

Or maybe for you, it’s the other way around, maybe you know that someone is feeling as if you have wronged them. You be the one to start the healing process with four POWERFUL words,

“CAN YOU FORGIVE ME?”

With every post I write, I’m working on myself as well. So, I will end now, I have a phone call to make.

What will it be …three words or four? Maybe both..but I’m ready to release my power!

While I am incredibly blessed to have two precious children, wonderful human beings, compassionate, intelligent, caring, lovers of God, just great children……this little new baby is quite different….or is it?

When i really stop to think about it, there are some definite similarities.  There have been labor pains, naming debates, and definite late and sleepless nights.  I’ve made sporadic purchases in anticipation for the baby, I’ve made all types of future plans for the “baby”, and I was…and still am nervous about this baby.  I prayed about this baby, just like my natural children.  Most importantly, like my natural children, at the designated and predestined moment — it was time for this baby to meet the world!!

So, it’s here….introducing……

Why brainchild banter?

This God inspired name came to me after some dedicated prayer, deliberation, and vision.  The one early morning in February 2018 while getting ready for work, God dropped it in my spirit….brainchild banter.  Sometimes God waits until I am asleep to show me things in my dreams and gives me visions for specific things.  I had many dreams and visions, but no title to gather them all under…so I waited.

Over the years I have written so many things in preparation for my books, I have so many writings, so many thoughts in journals, and they are all from God-inspired visions. I was unsure of how, where, and when I would introduce this baby to the world.  The creative visions I have received come on a very regular schedule, and I am in overload mode right now!!  This is my passion, and I am ready to walk in step with the rhythm of my visions.

What’s with the name???

The word brainchild truly represents Merriam Webster’s definition of my mind’s creative efforts.  I always joke that God speaks to me very often when I am asleep because that’s the only time my mouth is not speaking…so that is the brainchild portion of the name.

The banter portion is not only funnier, but very true to who I am.  Matter of fact, anyone who is reading this, and knows me personally is probably laughing saying, “Tammy & banter….that’s a no brainer!!”  Its a beautiful thing when you can laugh at yourself isn’t it?  A cheerful heart is good for your health (The Message Bible:  MSG 17:22)

So there you have it, I have a lot of things going on in my dreams, my heart, my visions that the world will hear, right here, and hence, brainchild banter is born!  A lot more to come, and I thank each and every one of you for stopping by to join me on this journey.
